It’s Yasamin
Yasamin Attari is a multidisciplinary artist whose work moves between dance, theatre, performance, modeling, and visual expression. Trained in contemporary dance, somatic practices, and anatomy, she approaches movement as a language that reveals emotion, memory, and embodied experience. Her artistic research explores the connection between body and environment, immersive storytelling, and the ways movement can shift perception, presence, and narrative.
Her work draws from both physical technique and intuitive exploration, blending structure with improvisation to create pieces that feel intimate, atmospheric, and deeply human. She is interested in how gesture and stillness communicate beyond words, and how performance can open a space for emotional resonance, reflection, and discovery.
Yasamin creates and performs across stage, film, interdisciplinary collaborations, and visual projects. She works within both individual and collective processes, continually seeking new ways to merge movement with artistic experimentation. Her practice expands into modeling, yoga, and movement direction, allowing her to connect performance with visual culture and embodied wellbeing.
Through her evolving body of work, Yasamin continues to research movement as a tool for expression, transformation, and artistic dialogue—inviting audiences into stories told through the physical, the emotional, and the unseen.
